Access Pro Bono’s Lawyer Referral Service provides a free 30 minute consultation with a lawyer.
See if the Child Support Recalculation Service could help you annually recalculate child support without having to go to court.
Family justice counsellors (FJCs) work in Family Justice Centres and Justice Access Centres throughout British Columbia helping people going through separation and divorce.
Enroll your child or spousal support order or agreement with the BC Family Maintenance Agency as they can will help you collect support owing to you.

BC Family Maintenance Agency (BCFMA) provides a free service available to families in British Columbia who are eligible to receive or pay family support
Parenting After Separation (PAS) Courses are free online courses for B.C. parents. There are two courses available:
A parenting co-ordinator helps parents carry out their parenting agreement or order. Contact the BC Parenting Coordinators Roster Society for a list of parenting coordinators who meet their qualifications and standards.
